Altra Industrial Motion operates seven sales offices in the Asia Pacific region. Warner Electric (Australia) works with several trained and authorized distributors throughout the region, who combined operate over 50 locations in Australia and New Zealand. Distribution partners vary by product and/or market…. contact Warner Electric (Australia) for the nearest authorized distributor.

Is it cheaper to buy products direct from Altra's factories?

Answer:

No, it is not. All the sales offices in Asia Pacific are wholly-owned, and offer the best price as well as the most efficient sales and technical support.

Do you also carry replacement parts for Altra products?

Answer:

Warner Electric (Australia), together with its distribution partners, stock a large number of genuine replacement/wear parts for Altra products. Don't be fooled by supposed "drop in" products of inferior quality, or by companies with misleading names similar to our well known brands such as Wichita Clutch, Industrial Clutch, and Bibby Transmissions ...... only Warner Electric (Australia) and its authorized distribution partners can provide genuine replacement parts for Altra products.

Do you also sell any product made by companies other than Altra?

Answer:

Warner Electric (Australia) is also an authorized distributor of many kinds of Danaher Motion power transmission products, as well as Minarik drives. Contact you local sales office for a complete list.

Can I visit your manufacturing facilities?

Answer:

While we are proud of our production facilities, we get many more requests for visits than we can possibly accommodate. Your local sales office can request a visit, but please understand if a visit is not possible.
